How do I use Iron Hide balm?: Work a small, pea-to-almond-sized amount into clean, slightly damp skin — face or body. It's concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Best applied right after a shower or shave while pores are open.
How do I use The Pomade?: Scoop a dime-sized amount, warm it between your palms until it turns glossy, then work it through dry or towel-dried hair from the roots out. Reworkable throughout the day with a bit of water.
Is Iron Hide scented?: It carries only the natural, faint scent of the tallow and essential oil it's made from — no added synthetic fragrance.
I have a nut or plant allergy — is this safe for me?: Iron Hide and The Pomade contain plant-derived oils (jojoba, shea). If you have a known sensitivity to any ingredient listed on a product's page, patch-test on your inner forearm 24 hours before full use, and check with your doctor if unsure.
Are your products cruelty-free?: Yes. Nothing we make is tested on animals.
How should I store my balm or pomade?: Keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Tallow and beeswax formulas can soften in heat — that's normal and doesn't affect the product, though it's best kept below 25°C.

Do you ship internationally?: Yes. Customs fees and import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
